Here's my dilemma,

I'm in a keeper league with 12 teams (3 keepers per team.) My team pretty much went to hell last year when Preist Holmes went down. I had planned on getting one more year out of Preist while one of my stable of young backs developed. neither happened.

here's what I got.

Chester Taylor
Mewelde Moore
Adrian Peterson
Domanick Davis
DeShaun Foster
Cedric Benson
Duece McAllister
Preist Holmes

I need to keep one of them, we haven't declared keepers yet but my best guess is that the following will be BPA available for the draft (assuming I keep Davis).

Willis McGahee
Willie Parker
Warrick Dunn
Jamal Lewis
Chester Taylor
Tatum Bell
DeShaun Foster
Deuce McAllister
Cedric Benson
Ahman Green
Thomas Jones
Fred Taylor
Frank Gore
and all the rookies.

I also believe that Tory Holt will be available and atleast 6 RB's will come off the board before my scond pick rolls around.

I have the #3 pick and the two guy's ahead of me also need a RB.

my other two keepers are Delhomme and Smith. (I know I'm a homer)

questions.

1.) do I grab Holt as my second reciever and grab my second RB from what's left over at my second pick?

2.) Do I throw in the towell for this year and draft for next year?

3.) Do I grab one of the RB's and get BPA-WR with pick #2.

If McGahee fell to me it would be a no brainer, but he won't.

thoughts? Willie Parker?

Davis is the best choice here, followed by Taylor
Assuming you hold onto Davis and then you have these guys to choose from

Willis McGahee
Willie Parker
Warrick Dunn
Jamal Lewis
Chester Taylor
Tatum Bell
DeShaun Foster
Deuce McAllister
Cedric Benson
Ahman Green
Thomas Jones
Fred Taylor

I would hold on to Davis as mentioned above. This gives you Davis, Smith and Jake. Then unless one of the 2 guys ahead of you don't take Willis then I would grab Holt. He is IMO a top 3 WR and his value is much better than the other RBs mentioned. Chester Taylor is going to be a good back in Minn and hopefully would be there in the following rd. If Holt and Willis are gone then I would want to see who else is available
