New AD named @ McDowell

Brian Franklin was officially named the new Athletic Director this evening by the McDowell County Board of Education. Franklin has been the interim AD since replacing Lloyd Church, who was fired as AD by the Board on April 28.

Is that really going to make any difference how things are done at that place?
