Obviuosly I'd like to tap into the hispanic community, but how? I speak very little spanish, and am worried about security (I can see someone scoping out the place while working, then bam, I come home, no bikes, no TV, no computer) Any suggestions? I"ve heard just go to Home Depot in the a.m. and pick one up, but then we run into the language issue, also security. I think hispanics are great, they work hard, do great work, but how do I come across 1 or a crew that I can hire and feel good about? I've got a major landscaping project on the horizon, also, I wish I would've found one before I "wasted" the last 2 weekends painting the exterior. Thx.
