I exercise more as I feel better. I was chomping at the bit to get out and walk and run this weekend but my knees were sore from Friday night. I will make up for it tonight.

I'm heading in the opposite direction. I'm at 175. Used to be 171. It's getting worse too. Going to ride my bike tonight.
