I can create a free Yahoo league if anyone is interested. Best time and date for a live draft or merely prerank and let the server do an auto draft?
My guess is an autodraft would be best as I doubt we could get more than 6 people

I don't understand the scoring system. Why are we able to switch every day? Does it do an average, or should we have as many people playing everyday regardless of how well we think they will do?
thats a better question for Pantherpaul...I usually don't play rotisserie style leagues, so I am a little confused as well.
My guess is we play our players each day (making roster switches) and hope they do well so we can keep running up stats.
Yes you can swap players out and you get credit for players stats when they are in starting positions. For instance points scored, if Jagr gets scores 2 goals and 1 assist in my team goals category I get credit for both goals and assist towards my team goal. Since we have 8 teams in the league the fantasy team with the most goals gets a 8 for that category. the team with the fewest goals would get a 1. Same for every category. If you swap players in and out every day you will run out of starts by mid season. Easiest thing to do is put your best players in as starters and then monitor the games played status. We know that players take unannounced time off or have injuries. Thus your centers will have a negative number (starts by that time of season) by number of starts. Then just rotate in centers (as an example) until they number is zero (used starts by that time of the year.)

It's too late now, but I'm not crazy about the goalies having as many statistical categories as the skaters. We've got a shitload of skaters and a few goalies, seems it should be proportional.
