Got a dilemma, I own my house here in town, decent 1940's single level country house. only needs a new roof. I have a piece of property about a mile away that we just moved a double wide off of so I have power, water, and septic hook ups already there.

here's my question, should I move our current house out to the new property and put on a new roof/addition, or just bite the financial bullet and build a new house?

Depends on how much you really like the old house. Do a cost comparison and see which one makes sense.
