More to do with the economy slowing down a lot more quickly than the fed anticipated - mostly driven by the housing numbers. There is worry that the fed misunderestimated how fast housing starts would fall. Oil is also a worry, even though that is subsiding a little bit.

Yup. My two neighbors trying to sell right now? Yikes. Don't wanna be them. As hot as the market was just a year ago, it's just as cold now. At least for here anyway.
