Sorry I missed all that action..was out and about today.
Looks like another 8K got filed regarding the class action law suit. Hope it keeps going up for you.

Here we go AGAIN! Up HUGE in premarket (10%+). They just came out with a smaller than anticipated loss...

BUT, they also announced that they submitted their final stuff to the FDA for approval. Decision expected within 30 days.

I'm a gonna get rich off of this one... :jumprope:
