I believe it's a combination of the Kannapolis Wonders and the Northwest Trojans "WOJANS". The two high schools that the Kannapolis Legion Team draws from.

As for the excessive eye black,,, (lets see) :book2: ... I believe the rule as it was handed down by oldtimers like yourself,,,,, will only be used for big games. Nothing has changed. Come see us some time.

Greenballz,,,,,,, Friday is home game vs. Kernersville,,, and Saturday is away game vs. Concord at Central Cabarrus HS.

NPCFanatic may be busy eating all those BBQ sammitches, but he's right about the Kernersville game on Friday,,,, been cancelled due to being a nonleague game and both teams having players at beach. Will concentrate on league games only from here on out.

Of course many of you know that former Kannapolis legion player Brett Bartles was drafted in the 30th round by the Cinncinnati Reds, but I'm hearing that he has reached an agreement with the Reds, signed and is currently in Sarasota, Fla beginning his professional dream. Brett was scheduled to graduate from Duke University after this coming fall semester anyway which goes to show he has a good head on his shoulders. Best of luck in pro ball from your Kannapolis legion family.
