Congratulations to Cherryville. Bobby Dale is one of, if not the best baseball coach anywhere. He's won numerous championships with East Rutherford and numerous with Cherryville over the years. I'm a Caldwell guy, but more than that I'm a baseball guy and you give credit where it is due.

Bobby Dale also won a few as a player in high school and legion, both at Cherryville. He was a heck of a player, and even a better coach it appears.

He probably has 11 or 12 State championships altogether at the young age of approximately 43 or 44.

first time we've seen them (covered mostly area III south this summer...and we have some good coaches as well like gantt, wright), but obvious cherryville was very well coached...where did bobby dale coach before cherryville?

He assisted at Cherryville High school under Henry Jones before he got the job at East rutherford. He also coached a couple years for the gastonia legion team before coming back to C'ville.
