Stoopid Opponent

My opponent last evening forgot to set his line up, and played an empty team (using yahoo to manage our league). He should have played Marvin and Vinatieri, but he did not. The commish reminded him (in person) Wed. to be sure and set his lineup as there was a Thursday evening game. Do you think the commish should override and plug those 2 players in or should be be forced to take a goose egg for his kicker, and play one of his backup WR's?

His fault, no changes should take place...unless there was some big family emergency or something, he has to eat it.
