being offered Peterson (my 4th back in a 3 back league) for Romo (my QBs blow - Schaub/Rivers). Other 3 starting level RB are Rudi, McGahee, and Portis.

No way. Portis remains an injury risk and if you use 3 RBs, you need at least four good ones.
