Triangle Volleyball has a good competitive program in Raleigh - IC Stars, CCVC, ECJVC are also good programs :wavey:

I think that really depends. There are quite a few very good teams and coaches in the carolina region. It also depends on the age group. Last year the following clubs sent at least one team to Nationals:

Triangle
NC Challengers (has morphed into Club Red)
ECJVC
Piedmont
Biltmore
NC Elite

There may be others, but these are the ones I can think of.

sports academy based out of irdell county area is really good there new this year. trina is the main lady shes put together quite a team. she has mostly 14 and 15 year olds playing 17u and they finished in 2nd every tournament so far which i want to say is 4 tournaments. girls from newton conover west rowan statesville lakenorman north irdell.:189:
