I've returned from the "Captain's Meeting" and have found out we open our season March 17th. Repeat, we do not play next weekend, 3/10, but Sunday 3/17. I do not know the time for 3/17, but should by the middle of this week.
So, I plan on meeting again next Sunday for some more practice. I say we aim for 1 pm, to allow those who go out the night before time to get up and get some grease munge to get going.
And, We need to get some solid commitment from a couple of you. As of today we got 5 for sure. Putt says he ain't playing, but we could use him in a pinch. QCH, Bear, MathMajor, Capt. Morgan, PhotoGuy, Big Mark?, anyone else...let me know for sure cos we got to turn in a roster, and to be able to play past week 4 you got to be on that roster.
Also, our games will be played at Davie Park, on 51, just past the Arboreteum, behind S Charlotte Middle School.
