East is 1-0 and will play Grimsley tomorrow in a non-conference game and will pick up with the WS/FC tournament against Mt. Tabor on the 24th.

McDowell picked up a 3-0 victory against North Buncombe Tuesday night. McDowell is 7-3 overall and 2-0 in the MAC.

The Lady Titans will be at Erwin on Thursday.

The McDowell Lady Titans picked up another win in MAC play last night sweeping Asheville in three games. McDowell is now 7-3, 4-0 in the MAC...

Two big matches for the Lady Titans coming up that could go a long ways in determining the Conference Championship. McDowell will host AC Reynolds Thursday and Enka next Tuesday (Sept. 22nd)

The McDowell Lady Titans keep rolling through the Mountain Athletic Conf. taking a 3-1 win against A.C. Reynolds. McDowell has an 8-3 (5-0 MAC) record on the season.

West Brunswick finishes 19-2 (11-1) and Waccamaw 3a/2a conference champions and will more than likely play friday night at home against west carteret at 5:30....of course this is not yet 100% confirmed

Best that I can tell from the 3A will be Weddington, Marvin Ridge, and Anson. From the 4A will be Sun Valley, and Porter Ridge.

Cap 7 seeds 1 through 4 make up 4 of the 16 teams left in the state in 4A. They are the 4 teams left in the lower bracket of the 4A East. One of those teams will be in the state semi-finals, most likely against Rose.
