I know I'm overly anal-retentive and show a lot of attention to detail, but this is bugging the shit out of me.

Before I moved in, this apartment was completely remodelled including the kitchen. Now, I'm not one to say that those guys are idiots, only the one that drilled the holes for the knobs on the cabinets and drawers. Aren't they supposed to be centered on drawers and on the corner like they are ON ALL THE OTHER CABINETS!??? It just pisses me off cause I have nothing better to bitch about at the moment.

No, that's not true. I have a floor lamp that I built that's in the living room. It's 6' tall and the stupid carpet tack strips under the carpet keep it from standing upright like it's supposed to. It leans.

I know, you say get over it, but it's the little shit that bothers me. Slapmy mother, call me a whore, I don't care. But dammit, some things are supposed to be a certain way. :mad:

It just looks stupid. THe other cabinet doors are in the lower corners. Why not put the knobs from the lower cabinets in the upper corners??????

Jeez builder, I can't say anything. When we bought our new house a few years ago, I made the builder replace a cabinet door because the knob was 3/8 of an inch higher on one than on all the others. I couldn't look at it. It gave me vertigo!

Cause for the past 4 years, every place I've ever lived has looked better when I left than when I arrived. I've got friends that want me to come live with them for 6 months and willing to give me much cheaper rent. But when I moved in here, I vowed not to remodel or change anything besides the furniture. Bastards won't get a dime from me here.

Putt....does that ordinance apply to second floor units too? That's like putting a handicapped shower on the second floor of a 2 storey building with no elevator. Yall know midgets have a hard time with stairs.
