Lets hear from you on what you think is the best BEER and what you think SUCKS.

I've been across Canada and the US and the best beer I've ever tasted was Kokanee from British Columbia Canada (west coast).
This is brewed with glacier fed water.

The second would be Moosehead DRY (Not the regular Moosehead you can get here) You can only get the good stuff in Saint John Newbruswick Canada.

I dislike Miller, Coors, Bud .... It seems mostly watered down beer.

I disagree totally. I like mostly domestic beer. I like Red Stripe or a Corona if it's a hot day or I'm in a tropical place.

Most of the time I drink Bud, Miller High Life Light, Michelob Light,
Icehouse, or Miller Lite. :)

I dislike the big domestics. But I like domestic microbrews and craft beers (Sierra-Nevada, Pete's).

They make some good beer in Nebraska. Forget the names. The one place in Omaha had over 100 beers

Carolina Blonde is pretty good.

For imports, I like Bass and Newcastle.

Wouldn't that be a good place for a bear to shit ?

Wouldn't that be an odd place for a bear to cop a berry ?

I've never been a beer girl, but i did try a particular German beer...a very dark beer...the name escapes me now...and it was very good. I've tried American beers and never like them. Plus, they all smell the same to me. German beer just smelled better to me and I guess that's why I wasn't so reluctant to try it.

Coors and anything by Budweiser...total ick.

If a man is going to drink a beer, they get points for drinking Miller Lite.

:D :D

Its all good to me. As long as its cold. Spent ten days in Oregon drinking lots of great micro brews out there. Terminator Stout - Twice the calories and twice the alcohol of there regular beer.

I usually drink a Bud or Mich Lite when I'm out.

Bass Ale or Grolsch if I feel like spending the bucks.

Love red beer - Killians especially.

I developed a taste for different beers trying all the ones at Hotel Charlotte. Trying to get into the Beer Drinker's Hall of Foam. I was doing pretty good but then we moved. Do they still have that beer drinker's club there?

I don't care as long as it's yellow tastes better if it's free for some reason.

Worst beer I ever has was in Columbus, went there for a welding seminar. We went to a pizza place across the street from the ice skating rink at OSU. They had Bud on tap but everyone was drinking long necks. But we figured dumbasssed yuppie wannabe college kids. We ordered pitcher with our pizza. Worst beer I ever had. As we were leaving we saw the beer truck inloading kegs into the attic of the place. The kegs were skunked from being stored in an attic.

Me too, wossa. Red or dark brown beers, followed closely by IPAs. Killians is a fine beer.

I don't always have to go the expensive route. I like Icehouse. I'll drink Miller Light. But I like Browns and Reds better.

I remember in college, everyone would drink beast. After 6 or 7, you forget about the taste.

The Beast. The worst beer there is.

VOR, I'd call the beer police on that place. Sinners.

I will try any beer once. With that said the worst beer was in Korea. It was one of there BEST brands KB was the name. Well tasteed like what I would imagine horse piss to taste like. Had formaldahyde in the ingreediants. Gave me a headach the next morning and the worst case of the shits you could imagine.

The best Molson Ice: a buddy of mine brought it back from New York. The alcohol % was like 12 or 15 and was smooth and ass kicking!

But then again the best ones are the free ones,,,,,,,as long as its not from Korea!:D

I can't drink hard liquor anymore if it's not in some type of mixed drink I end up getting sick. That was all in my younger days

So now I like mixed drinks just fine. Simgapore slings and 7&7's are my favorite..............................well, hurricanes are good too!

if it's got a umbrella poking up out of it, count me in:D :D :D

of course, theres the old standbye too. frozen marguarita with lots of salt!

Piper, are you refering to Old Chicago in Omaha? I know they have about 100 different beers on tap and their Italian Nachos ROCK!

I personally prefer Domestic beers, Coors Light is my fav, because it is smooooooth. Otherwise, I'll slum it for some Busch Light if I am low on funds or friends are coming over.
I have toured the world...well beer wise, once had a T-shirt to prove it. Ireland makes some pretty tasty Stouts and the Chinese are no slouches either.
As for Microbrews, the local ones here aren't that great because of all the farm chemicals in the water, however the Amana Colonies brewrey has a couple of good micro's.
Nothing beats my Great Uncle Aub's Cider brew though! I hope he gives me the recipe before he dies, I think I could make some serious $$$ putting that stuff on the shelves. Of the Cider brews I have had other than that, Woodpecker Cider Ale is tops. Taste like flat champaigne.

Nah, I used to work in a bar here (IOWA). The guy that owned it owned another place down the street, used to take breaks from the club and walk down to the lounge and grab a different beer everynight. Took me less than a year to go around the world, about 200 different beers from 60 different countries or something like that.
Probably the same type of place though!

I don't know too many people that would turn down a good cold beer.

It looks like America has the lead and "other" in a strong second.

There could be a little bias in these result and I would probably factor in a +/- of about 3 to the results.

I am disappointed in the lack of voting for the number of hits, is there a problem with the software?
