This just in from WSOC. Former Charlotte city council man Don Reid is investigating to see if the city of Charlotte broke any laws in the arena pursuit. If it is found that we "ignored the voters in last year's referendum" and/or "held too many closed door meetings," he may try to block the new arena deal by suing the city of Charlotte.

Thoughts?

What a F'ing idiot. It's their money let them spend it. No way they stop the arena. What part of the 57% don't understand what non-binding means? The only thing this could do would be to delay construction and drive up the CO$T!

I guess Don Reid is mad that he lost the battle and the War. Reid just misses the limelight and wwanted to see his name in the paper again

Its good to see that some things remain constant .

Don Reid was a dumass when I left Charlotte 6 years ago and he's still a dumass today.

Yep, he'll never be happy unless he's in the news.
