He will be in Charlotte next week and has scheduled a press conference to name his basketball operations manager(Ed Tapscott) I think Ed will be responsible for hiring the GM, scouts, coach and other basketball related people.

Also I think he will meet with city officals on the layout of the lower bowl for the new arena.

The NBA can't change it either. It's written in the deal with Charlotte and no way would we allow it to be changed. I don't see why the nba would care though.
