As if I weren't feeling old enough already. I cannot believe it's been TWENTY YEARS!

Is anyone going to the theater to see it this weekend? Supposedly they've added some scenes that were deleted from the original. I'm going to take my little nieces to see it.

I guess with the re-release of the movie, we'll be inundated with the dreaded movie merchandise and advertising - ET toys, candy, shoes, mugs, clothes, watches, etc. Oh, joy!:p

Would you believe it if I told you that I will be 34 this year and I have not seen this movie? Not even once...

ET was great the first time, but I don't think it could hang on for a second look. Kind of like Gilligan's Island - loved it as a kid, but hard to bear these days.

I'm hoping to make it to Ice Age this weekend. I like movies along those lines, where you get brain candy as far as the storyline, but you also get technology. Roger Rabbit(ish).

I feel the same way!!! After watching Drew Barrymore grow up in the movies, i'd think she would be older than me...oh well, wishful thinking.

!No me digas! (You're kidding)

I'm 34, too. You haven't seen "ET"? How did you escape it? lol.

I guess I shouldn't be shocked. I still haven't seen "Beauty & the Beast." I finally sat down and watched "The Lion King" about a year or so ago. I'll probably wait several years before I see "Harry Potter" too. Since I don't have any rugrats of my own, I can get away with not seeing these type movies.;)

You really don't want to go there with me, 'fro, with your Freddie Prinze Jr. dvd collection.

The movies I mentioned are not the only types of movies I like, just the kind that pertain to this thread.

Come to think of it, do you know I still haven't seen "Toy Story"? I'm too behind the times. lol
