and a school named Robinson. I had the honor of playing for Dr. Robinson and also the honor of having him as my next door neighbor. Y'all might get a kick out of seeing Jay when he was principal and coach at Winecoff High School back in my days.:)

Jay was a heck of a man and there was nothing he would not do for his students or team. He was also my Pop Warner football coach. He once told me " Boy, no matter where you came from in life, you the only one that can control where you will end up. We all can't be winners all the time but we can shake hands with the winners and the losers with the same sincerity." Took me a lot of years to figure that out.
