Ashe County vs AC

I was surprised at the score to the AC vs Ashe Co. game. Ashe county 3-0 is impressive. Richardson must have really been on because AC has a tough top 4 batters. Did anyone see the game and did Mrs. Richardson really dominate that much.

Kayla did have a excellent game and I thought see had great placement, curveball had good movement at times, change appeared rusty and the catcher or coach called a good ball! I only remember one hit that she allowed and just guessing............10 K's or so and walked one .......maybe! We true enjoyed watching her pitch and Emily(AC) didnt look too bad either. Good luck to AC and Ashe County Huskies in 2003!

Ashe pitcher had good speed which AC ladies were not prepared to hit. AC pitcher (freshman) chalked up 5 K's one walk and 2 or 3 hits. Their pitching is all they had and I guess all that it took. Hope to be better prepared if the coaches will stop quitting on our girls. Good luck to coach lingle.
