ya know, i have heard alot of good things about Owens softball team. Their offence is really great and improving game bygame. In the Avery Vs. Owen game, Sarah Burnette had 17 strike outs and still holding in the teens for K's. Where was she last year?

I think she was on jv last year.

Sarah was on the JV's last year which allowed her to get the innings in and develop the way you see her this year. Owen had two top notch pitchers last year and that kept her on JV's. This year with Owen losing those two pitchers to graduation and transfer brought her to the forefront. She can also hit. Good Luck to Owen and Sarah and that Davis kid this year at Owen.
