Cherryville defeated East Gaston 5-3. Angie walls threw a no hitter with 11 k"s. Struggled with control last inning but regained to finish.

Maybe a game could be scheduled at ACHS this season. The Cougars have already made three trips to Cherryville. Due to the Cougars cancelling two tournaments they should have an opening.

I dont know the EG/Highland score but they have great looking uniforms and had a nice article in the Observer today about Highland Softball too!
