I didn't hate Steve Garvey but I disliked him for many reasons. Jealousy was the biggest. and say what you want about Paul O'Neil, yeah he always argued and sometimes threw his helmet, but there is not a guy who played harder day in and day out. He was the ultimate competitor and a very good player...he is actual a real cool, calm guy too, just not on the field.
