I have a quote for you... do you remember when you were ragging on the Braves not winning erlier this year??? This was in the AP report from the Braves/D-Backs game.

The Braves, who have won a record 11 straight division titles, took over sole possession of first place in the NL East for the first time this season.

in typical philly phan style, paul has disappeared now that the phillies have fallen out of first place. talked all that smack when the braves were playing .500 ball...and now that they are in first...having rattled off something like 16 wins in 19 games he goes away. only a game and a half out of the best record in the NL...and that with a bit three game tilt this weekend in atlanta against the Giants.

hey...the phillies may just win the division...it is still early. but the braves are still and have been the favorite.

yaayyy now we can watch the braves in 1st place all year long, only to watch them choke once again in the post season. :)
