don't close the lid on the Bubba at first. Just let your Bubba sit for awhile and thaw a bit. Once the juices are flowing pretty good then flip your Bubba and repeat. Once the Bubba is all juiced up and looking good then drop the Lean Mean Grilling Machine top and listen to that baby sizzle. :xyzthumbs

PS--better put 2 on to start with cause you gonna want another one.

I went to a cookout after leaving The Lawn last Friday. I was skeptical of their choice of the odd shaped frozen patties. I am now a believer. I bet they freeze them with added beef stock injected in them or something. I'm hungry now.

I too, was a bit of a sceptic at first . My main concern now though is that the yuppies will jump on the Bubba Wagon and drive the price up. I may have to lay in a freezer full just in case. :(

I had a Bubba burger this weekend when we tried out the HT grill. I have ot say that it was pretty good for a frozen burger. I still prefer a hand patted patty with some worcester, a little onion, and some secret ingredients.

I first saw Bubba Burgers while I was on vacation at Jekyll Island a few years back. We bought 'em and I fixed 'em, 2 each for everybody. We could'nt eat 'em all. I've always wondered why they were shaped so funny though. Thats good advice on the GF grill putt.

I hate to rain on your bubba parade but, those things will give you the shits. dont believe me? i too was hooked on the bubba burgers when I first had them. then i noticed a mudslide then next morning every time I ate them. once i asked two friends who also ate them on the same night and they said ditto. go ahead, do a little bubba experimentation and pay attention the next morn.

Boca burgers are obviously an acquired taste. Get the cheeseburger variety. Not as many carbs as Bubba Burgers. The Bubbas must have bread filler....the Bocas have soy filler.

Turkey burgers aren't bad grilled, but don't even try to tell me you can't tell the difference between turkey and hamburger. I usually splash a little worchestershire in the turkey before making the paddy. Just a little....:chef:
