I'm on a diet, have stopped smoking and I am shaking like a drunk. I've dropped 15 pounds so far and have made it 24 full hours without smoking. I had to stop the Zyban before I climbed my big ass up on a tower with a rifle and hurt some people. Did I mention it has now been 4 weeks since I have had sex? My record is 3 months and I was hospitalized in Intensive Care for most of that time.

Who wants to fight? :chucks:

Fred you can quit and your own willpower is enough to get the job done. I know it sounds corny but its true. Just dont buy any or bum one from somebody or even bum a drag (not a joke). Win enough small battles and you'll quit for good. I did in 95, cold turkey, good luck.

That is currently 62 lbs total. When I am finished I will be at 225 which I would be incredibly happy with. I was 306 when I started and am currently at 244.
