UNC beats Clemson, and now FSU. Sweet ;)
yeah, yeah, yeah.
FU.
fsu still has the no. 1 seed for the regionals locked up. not that it matters. they had it last year, too, and got KOed by an awesome pitching performance by notre dame.

got any good stock tips?
personally, i'd like for them to rest the pitchers before regionals.
alabama was sucking ass before the sec tournament, but they are in the catbirds seat.
jim wells is 29-8 in tournament play.

that sec west was brutal this year, watch for those teams to go deep in the ncaa's, unless all the beating up on each other this wkend takes its toll
The SEC's strongest sport is baseball. Just gets overlooked,. I think there were 8 teams in top 25 at one point this year.

thats a strong statement with their excellent football programs, but you get no argument from me. i say its a toss-up, but the baseball DEFINITELY gets overlooked. this year you're right on the money tho.
and how did an ACC thread morph into an SEC thread?:D

and the ACC had six teams ranked in the Top 25. not too shabby for a 9 team basketball league.

The SEC was very unbalanced this year. Almost all the top teams were in one division and the okay teams in another. Vanderbilt was the #2 team in one division and then you stick LSU, Auburn, Arkansas, and Alabama in one division. Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Vanderbilt are all in one division. All of them would be the bottom feeders of the tougher division (Georgia and Tennessee did pretty well out of conference though). The ACC had a great year, and if Wake would have met their expectations it could have been 6 teams in the top 25. Lucky for you Dave, I'm still in High School. So I'll learn about the stock trade a little bit later in life. Never bet against the #1 team again. If Barrett Wright would have gone to state they would have won last night though!

Almost called it Georgia Tech beats NCSU for Championship
steven drew screwed today up big-time for fsu.
all he had to do was take two steps and make a throw.
he cost fsu a fifth acc title.
he'd better make up for it in the regionals.
Alabama beat LSWho 10-3 to win the SEC
