Which movies have you seen that others may not talk about, but are some of your favorites.

Raising Arizona and The Sandlot are a couple I can think of.

Sling Blade is my favorite. I think it's a guy thing though. I don't know many women that liked it, or many that have even heard of it.

Malice is really good. Might make you an Alec Baldwin fan.

Kids in the Hall-Brain Candy is hilarious.

I thought the 6th Sense was one of the best movies of the last 5 years.

You though Shrek was underrated? Hardly? Didn't it win an award this year? The movie definitely got it's recognition...rightly deserved, too.

I liked it. It was definitely an interesting movie. That starred Billy Bob Thornton, right?

Right. OK, you girls made me a liar. But most women that I asked about it before hadn't heard of it, or didn't think it was great. Dwight Yoakam was great in it. Billy Bob was the star.

Sling Blade was good. Billy Bob Thornton was excellent.

Another good movie was Enemy At The Gates. It takes place during WWII. It's about two snipers, a Russian and a German sniper. The German sniper stalks the Russian sniper througout the movie and it's a contest of wills to see who wins.

It's based on a true story. This actually happened in Russia during the war.

Enemy At The Gates WAS an underrated movie. Tension, sex, war, love--it just about had it all!

Office Space was on tonight. That's a good movie.

Memento was also really, really good. Best movie of the year last year IMO.

Just thought of two more for all you Andy Griffith fans.

The Love God starring Don Knotts

A Face In the Crowd starring Andy Griffth

The Gods Must be Crazy

(I agree with you, VOR - regarding "Back to the Beach". Any flick that features appearances by both Pee Wee Herman and Fishbone would have to kick some serious ass!)
