Not just overweight. She wants all overweight woman to know that with determination and just plain old self-control that you too can lose weight. All you got to do is just say "no" to that second piece of cake and learn how to love yourself. Take your life into your own hands and be strong. Of course, the laparoscopic gastric
bypass surgery, and $50,000 worth of plastic surgery helps some.
In order to better show overweight woman that they too can follow in her footsteps if they have the will then Carnie has decided to pose in Playboy naked. She states "I am doing this for the woman of the world, it's about time that a woman stood up and showed the men of the world that woman are not sex objects .
What better way for her to do it then to pose naked in Playboy ?
It's good that she has money.

Stupidity has no price tag.
hasn't she put on weight since the surgery though?
Yet another instance that the lord never put one in a situation that they cannot handle.

Yeah he was and he botched it. Basically he's hanging in the closet drooling on the floor. Many like that from that time

Maybe Carnie is really a Manson girl kid. ;)

Oh, I don't know. I'll bet the 50K + the original gastric bypass came to a pretty hefty tag.

I'll have the pictures up next month. :)
I think that by posing in Playboy, she is saying that women are not sex objects because even though she may look good now, nobody would want to have sex with her remembering how she used to look. :p
Or something like that.

I'm kind of disappointed with Carnie. As someone who had a weight problem myself when I was a teen, I am especially sensitive about this issue. To preach about self-control and self-esteem after posing for Playboy post gastric bypass surgery sounds hypocritical. I have more respect for someone like Queen Latifah, who I think is a much better role model for full-figured women everywhere.

Yeah, thats my point. If I was a woman I would not want her speaking for me. How much self-control does it take to lose weight when you have no stomach ? Then you got people paying for tucks and lifts and all that stuff. I bet that inspires the heck out of that overweight woman that makes minimum wage. How is accepting 200 thousand from Playboy to pose nude gonna help the cause of women everywhere. She said--There will be a story with my pictures and thats what is different about her and other nude models.
I heard that there were stories in Playboy somewhere but I never noticed them.:D

And QL is so much more beautiful than Carnie ever could be because she's real.
I've always thought Queen Latifah was kinda hot at times.

I dunno thought that way at one point now after having lived, the I'M happy with my body stuff is bullshit. The truth Queen latifa as she is now is just another that is going to die hideiously between 45 and 70. That is sad.
If it takes gastric bypass for you to lose weight, do it if you can afford it.
Whatever it takes.
I ain't gonna hate on Carnie. Hell, if I had the money, I'd do it in a Deep Creek minute.

Patronising twat (not you Putt - but Carnie). I have no objection to her posing in the nuddy, and I think if she wants to do it for her own reasons and just to say "look at me now" - then more power to her. But don't be coming out telling me after losing 160 pounds by having your tummy halved, then a tummy tuck, then all the other tucks - that I too can be like her if I drop that second piece of cake. Piss off! Secondly, I'm a little concerned that she doesn't know what Playboy actually is -----> "I am doing this for the woman of the world, it's about time that a woman stood up and showed the men of the world that woman are not sex objects". Playboy is an adult porn magazine lovey. People read it - look at it - possibly wank over it - then put it in the loo for future enjoyment. Silly Tart.

Thank You, Thank You Thank you. You all posted my thoughts for the last year or so. Why the media and this woman priase herself for her "courage". She did nothing but climb on a table and have her stomach snipped and tucked. Wheres the courage? She has bucks and is lazy. Lose it the old fashion way and I'll tip my hat. She must have a seriously low sence of self worth if she has to get attention this way.

The day I jerk off to Carnie Wilson is the day I put my dick down.
White girl.
If she wants to be an inspiration to all women, why doesn't she run for president or something like that? To equate ones self worth to weight loss is pretty shallow.

I think she's talking about the depression and other causes of obesity that she's had to endure. In her case, "poor little rich girl."
She reminds me somewhat of Makenzie Phillips; you know, the one that usta to make a living going on talk shows, talking about her past drug and alcohol abuses.
