Give it a rest Grid. I was the pushER, not the pushEE. Plus, the logging chain only weighed 10. :D

I've been doing crunches twice a day, lifting some weights twice a day, not eating breakfast, eating a solid meal in the cafe at work for lunch and drinking a Slim Fast for supper.

10 pounds per link? That's some heavy-duty chain. Did you have to get a running start?

It's all been pretty- trust me. Let's just say it's a good thing sex has not been on my mind lately cause I couldn't have gotten too wild even if I wanted to.

Great job Fred :)

I'm down 10 since then but only recently started dieting (Atkins) in addition to exercising.

I'm down 15 in 6 weeks, but I must tell you the Fat Free Butter Pecan is really good. And if you can get it with no sugar added that's even better.

I weigh the same thing I did last year and really don't give a shit unless I am looking in the mirror and durn sure don't give a shit what other peoples standards are for me whether I am looking in the mirror or not. If my wife had wanted a skinny man then she should have married a skinny man. My dog likes me and that's good enough for me.

Ditto... Lost an inch and a half across my waist :D

Not sure how many lbs... if I had to guess I would go with 10-15lbs.

Well done you guys!

I'm with you VOR - but I'm peeved that my earnest attempts failed miserably :(.

Most ice cream stores have it. But you can also get good stuff at that ice cream store by WalMart in Concord. Sugar Free and Fat Free.
