I think the key is increasing your metabolism by staying active by any means possible. Me and Honey layed out in the floor one night and watched TV (we were too stoned to lift our head), but other than that, I am on the go from time constantly.

I chase around a 1 year old every day, minus 20 hours a week.

I also forgot to mention that I'm off the soft drinks. Had more than usual this weekend...and one yesterday. If I could talk mailman's lazy ass off the couch, then I'd have one tonight!

Other than that, its just water. You have to with those pills. They make you thirsty, but you have to drink 16oz of water with the pills in the morning before breakfast and the afternoon before dinner. They are ephedra free, all natural so the FDA hasn't gotten involved, don't know if they will kill me, but I do know I'll die smaller ;)
