I'm having trouble motivating myself. anyone wanna go head to head in who can lose the most over say a three month period?
I'm thinking we all meet, throw $25 in, have a weigh in, and another one every month. At the thrid weigh in, winner takes the pot.
dont know if we should go total poundage lost or percentage of original weight or what. any suggestions/takers?
it has to be a percentage.
I'll just cut off my right arm. I've always been a cheater.;)

Sounds interesting... only problem is some folks (looking at a few pics) have a lot more weight to lose than others.
Might have to base the winner off of % of total pounds dropped. For example:
Person BM = 300lbs drops 40lbs or 13.3% of his weight.
Person SM = 215lbs drops 30lbs or 13.9% or his weight.
So even though person SM lost less weight, he lost a greater portion of his overall total thus taking home the prize.

might i suggest a night of heavy drinking and lots of dancing the night before final weigh-in.....thats a guaranteed 5 lb loss, maybe closer to 10

I'm thinking lots of water right before first weigh in and lots of laxatives right before the final.

When I picked reply to your message, nobody had responded. I started to type, got up took a dump, came back and finished what I was saying, by that time others had already responded...
Do you ever think before you ask such questions? ;)

For those really serious maybe Builder could assist you with a douche just prior to final weigh in. A few pesky ounces of Roughage could make all the difference

The winner gets 2 dozen Krispy Kremes and a 2-fer on Bryan's from Food Lion.
I'm out. I've stabilized now. To lose any more for a while, I'd have to get disentary.

Seriously guys...a high colonic will do wonders and you can loose about 5lbs based on your eating habits. Once in a while, it's a good thing to clean the lining of your intestinal track. Or so I've read.
