I have been in Alexanders weight room. You guys have a nice facility. Looks like you have gotten some new equipment over th last year or two.

im sure for years the Old weight room at Alexander Central has been just that a... a storage for junk meta. But as the sayin goes out with the old in with the new. As soon as Coach Deal arived at AC every rising player knew that as soon as the New weight room got completed the new era of Alexander Central Football would start. And as soon as the new class could get in it a strength coordinator was added to the faculty. You guessed it... Tom Harper. Even durin the skool year durin the off season there was lifting programs available for players. And with mandatory lifts four outa five days of the week ever week since school let out in Alexander county that weightroom has gotten as much use as a high school weightroom can get without running out of days of availability. Personally, i beleive that the off season was much to long because Alexander Central has been gettin pumped with no one to show there improvements to. Lets just start the season already!
