What? That was number 2 on the list of things to do while in North Carolina. Good, I'll just eat an extra 2 or 3 for you tomorrow morning.
You're goin to hell for that

There weren't any shops close by--none that I knew of anyway, and I kind of just forgot about it. Strange, I know.

Give it two weeks D'lo.....it gets MUCH easier after that. I went off of it for 3 1/2 days while I was in NC and getting back on it this week has been easy. Find some things you can have that you really like. Mom and I found some protien bars at Wal-mart you may want to check out. They help with my craving for chocolate. Once I found things I can have and I really like, it's helped so much. Let me know if you need to just vent to someone who's on Atkins!!!
THanks! It is getting easier but those first two days were killer. I thought it would be easy since i thought i didn't eat anything anyways and now i would have to eat breakfast well i find out that the things i did eat during the day were all the things you cant have on Atkins. I didn't realize how dependent my body was on sugar and caffeine. My first couple of days i craved for sugar. I've never thought that much about food in my life and that's all i did for those first couple of days. But on my fourth day all that eased up and now i'm on my 6th day.
Me and a friend cleaned up this old guy's yard and porch yesterday for him then we all went to Country Cookin'. They sat there and ate icecream sundae's, icecream cones and cookies in front of me and i ate my "FREAKIN" sugar free jello!
Which bars did you get? I looked at some yesterday, wasn't sure if i should have them on my two week induction diet.

I went off it for a week, and now I'm back on....I hope it's easier this time.
I would love to hear which bars you got at Wal-Mart too.

I'll post what the name of those bars are when I get home. I'm at work for another 4 hours and 40 minutes (YES I am counting down the hours!). Atkins has their own bars you can get at the health food stores that aren't bad. I really like the cinnamon one. I've had an awful craving for pancakes and they have pancake mix as well as the syrup to go along with it. I'd check the Atkins site to see where you can get their stuff locally.
