Want to fit into a smaller size of pants, eat healthier, switch up your workout, get some support for your diet or just encourage others to attain their goals?
Then welcome to the new TBR Health & Fitness forum!
Inspired by the massive weight loss over the past year by our own slydevl -- and the successful slimming of members such as builder, fred and mathmajors -- starting Monday, July 14, 2003, we will become a healthier board.
Our goal will be to lose 1,000 combined pounds by Thanksgiving. That's less than a pound per registered member, 10 pounds for 100 members or 20 pounds for 50 members. Anyone can join in, but we have to document it to keep track of our goal.
What do you have to do to participate? Just keep track of your personal weight loss. If you wish, start a thread that has your initial weight in the first post and keep adding as you start dropping. If you don't want to share your initial weight, just post your weight differential as you go along.
Anyone can help out -- what a good time for guests and lurkers to join the board!
Remember that we're in this together, so encourage your fellow members to eat right, burn calories, stay focused on their goals and to KEEP THIS FUN!
