It's early in the season for this type of match-up. Any thoughts, predictions, etc.?

Kannapolis' speed will be too much for South Rowan again this year, like always. Word around South is that they have some speed too, and they may actually have a few that can run, but I can't believe they have Kannapolis' overall team speed. South simply needs to pray for rain. If Kannapolis executes well, it will probably end up around 28-10 (Ktown).

South outplayed K-town last year, despite a 31-3 K-town win. South was in scoring position at least 4 times(twice inside the 5), and could not score. They had a commanding advantage in time of possession. They pretty much went up and down the field. They had 8 fumbles(lost 4), and 1 int. Kannapolis acored 17 pts. on special teams. I think it was more of a South loss than a K-town win.

But that was last year. Kannapolis should be improved this season and South is coming in with a brand new offense. Look for the Raiders to have some turnovers, especially with this being the first game. Kannapolis should win this, if for no other reason than the history of this series. But South can do us in if K-town doesn't play up to par.
