I know some of you have XP. The question I have is Have any of you with XP had any Video card problems?

Had my computer built in Dec. and starting about 1 month ago my computer will shutdown very unexpectedly and when it restarts it gives me that System has recovered from a serious error. I submitted the error report to Microsoft and says that my Video card is stuck in a continuos loop. "Thread stuck in device driver"

My thoughts are that my Video card works with XP but XP is always D/L updates for shit automatically. I think it D/L an update that ddin't sit well with XP and since then it's been fucking up.

Couz went back and restored my computer to the day before the D/L but it still shuts down.

Any thoughts? Before I take this sumbitch back and be without it for a day or 2.

Find out the name of the video card driver and get the latest one. There might be an updated one even if XP is still new.

I can get the driver or tell you how. Dell, Compaq, and Gateway are pretty good about putting drivers online.
