Anyone got a program that can automate resizing a bunch of images? I don't want to do this manually as I have about 45 of them to do. Thanks.

don't you have an option to save them in different sizes ?

yeah....but from my camera they are the same size.

I found that InfranView has a built in resave and resize feature. And it's much faster than Photoshop to load and save. :D

Adobe Photoshop has a batch process. You can easliy write an "action" to do the different steps of whatever, assign a hot folder and run a batch process. Walk away and come back later. It'll also write html pages and thumbnails to a contact sheet.

i've never written photoshop actions, but there's a function that will automate the batch resizing/web page functions.

ive never used my irfanview for batch processes. work ok?

So thats what batch is all about in PhotoShop ! A-ha

When I save pics off my video camera in my Ulead program then it gives me the option of what size I would like to save them. They go straight to my folder at the size I pre-designate.

"pre-designate"-- never thought I would ever use that word.:)

that's like when you pre-designate a driver for the night at the bar.
