220 lbs of assorted weights (standard not olympic), barbell and curl bar, 2 pair of dumbells, rack for the weights and a bench.

the bench is adjustable both incline and decline, has a preacher curl attachment and leg curl attachment. it is still in good shape.

i figure $200.00 is an extremely good price. weights themselves sell for $.50 per pound, they don't wear out. the barbells and dumbells are about $100.00 new and the bench was about $250.00 new and the rack was about $50.00 new.

i do not own a digital camera so no picture, sorry, you'll have to take my word for it.

it is not the weights, they weigh exactly what they say they weigh. i just do not lift and lower them like i ought to.

Color TV! Wow. That's better than black and white. Does it have a cablevision input?

the dumbbells on the rack are not on my list, i have adjustable dumbells that can get as heavy as you can fit on them, say 50+lbs each.

I don't know if the color tv has a cable input or not. I bought it for the Panther Pit and never hooked it up. It was too little, but it said "color" on the box so at least you can watch channel 3 in color. The Sony boombox has got one of them buttons on it to make it boom a bunch of bass and looks good carried on your shoulder down the street. I paid over 500 bucks for both them. They both way too nice for WilliamJ but I thought his little girl might need them.

$200 really is a good price for all of that. i just have space constraints, so tell me what the dimensions are of the bench. looks pretty big. i'm putting my house on the market and don't want it to look like bally's gym.

39 inches wide by 63 inches long (with leg extension attachment in place) is is a decent bench.
