I rearanged the living room and the couch is 20 feet from the TV now. I was wondering if any of you have tried the wireless controllers and your thoughts, comments....

You'll always have an excuse for why you're losing.

You'll always have an excuse for why you're losing.Good. Cause all my other excuses have been used far too many times.

I like to sit up in the window of the bonus room and fuck with the guy across the street who has one of those.

I've been wanting to get one, I've just held back waiting for a wireless xbox live headset to go with it. All the wireless controllers I've seen won't work with the live headset.

I have a wireless controller for PS2. It's made by Microsoft and is a 2.4 GHz. I can go in another room and play if I wanted to. Great range. They make one Xbox too, of course they do because Xbox is Microsoft.

I paid about $60, I've seen them a little cheaper on ebay though

I've had one for over a year and wouldn't trade my left nut for it.

someone should make a wireless controller with a cradle to recharge it. I mean, that's a fairly obvious benefit when they market one, why the hell can't they come up with it? You can get a fricken cordless phone for $20 bucks with good battery life, why not add a rechargeable battery and a cradle to one of these very nice wireless controllers. I'd be all over that shit, but I play too much to buy 4 AA batteries every 50 hours.

I found one that's "coming soon" with live headset support, but it's battery operated. I'll post a link when I find it again.

I went through a whole list on pricegrabber.com and none of them had recharging.

why not just use rechargeable batteries?

I'd rather just have it like a phone, more convenient.
