hell yeah, loved it. I was the guy in the Fat Albert shirt gimping around because of a sprained right ankle.
The opening act was OK but I could have gone either way.
They hyped up the trombone player and he was all good but he was just a bunch of strung together licks. Still, his way of working in that damned Eve song was smooth...but easily the best use of tuba I've ever seen, compared to similar bands like Coolbone and Rebirth. And the bari player was just bad assed.

You know that they're bad asses when they use a tuba instead of a bass.

Pretty good turnout for a Thursday. I wish they didn't quit at 1:15 though.

yeah, hell of a show, and I sat around some fine ass women. Would have brought one with me except I was supposed to meet a bandmate out there instead...he really wanted to go...except for not really, in the end. After all that ruckus over going he never showed.

I've seen other bands use tuba that way, but even the established bands don't have much on that guy.

Mag,
Do you know if the original tuba player is still with them?
That guy was/is a bitch.
