BushMaster Varminter Rifle

I know some of you like rifles and such. I don't know the legalities of posting firearms for sale over the interweb but.....

24" Fluted Extra Heavy Varmint Barrel - .223 Rem. caliber / 4150 chrome moly steel / full 1" diameter under the handguard / 11 competition crowned muzzle / 1 in 9" twist for optimum performance with most varmint cartridges / full length fluting for increased cooling and reduced weight / machined to same specifications as our DCM Competition Barrel with tolerances twice as tight as regular barrels.

I used the mainly for target shooting. I have a few magazines to go with: 1 5 round, 1 10 round, 3 20 round, 1 30 round. I also installed a competition trigger.

The gun is in excellent condition and never been wet. Retails for $1245. I'm selling it for $900.

Why does an AR-15 being sold by a guy with the screen name of CrazyDave give me pause?

You've probably sold it by now. If so, $900 was a good price. I got 9 for mine sans extras(cept for a coupla clips). But mine had the bayonet attachment capability, which, I'm told made it a bit more in demand.

I know what you mean. Posted for sale of a coupla pieces on another board and got a cool reception. There might be a credibility issue coming into play. There's so much bullshit on these message boards that anything sincere comes across as suspect. Also, there's some folks that can be down-right hostile concerning firearms.
