Sadic is obviously expecting gay sex from this guy.
He'll do fence work. He's living next door to my new place in the country with his hot little 18 year old girlfriend and her mother. The mother kicked him out because he wasn't working, so now he's back in with the provision that he makes some money and contributes. Pussy and a place to live goes a long way in terms of motivation. I'm making a list of all the things that I need to get done out there that I don't feel like doing myself and am willing to pay a reasonable price for, so we'll see how he does. I'm not worried about him stealing my stuff because I don't have anything worth stealing in that house yet. After it's done, I'll be changing the locks and activating the security system.
