Some friends of mine bought a place on The Hill about 7 years ago and sold it last year (maybe 2). With the price increase, they bought a 5000 sq ft house in Chapel Hill on a golf course.

I'm guessing Builder could get triple his asking price if that place was within walking distance of this office here in Alexandria. At least.
:scared2: That's fucking nuts.

Do you co-broke? E-mail me pics.
I've changed my mind. I've decided to stay here. They house is $138k and needs way too much work for that price on a busy intersection near Crackton. One more year and I can get $135k for mine. I'm gonna refi instead.

Plaza Midwood? Elizabeth area? Wilmore?
$80k - 95? Something that needs some work but could be lived in?

Damn. Some of those are just awful. I know it's getting tough to find decent property, but even I would feel unsafe in a few of those. Yep, you've encouraged me to stay where I am for a few more months til $130k sounds good to buyers.
