I agree....I have had 15 phone calls in 2 days worth of adds in the Charlotte Observer...I just don't want any assholes moving in....my wife handles the tenants and the last tenants started out very rocky, then straightened out, but not before causing me to stress the fuck out.....three months behind and I was ready to kill....then the tenant's wife starts working and they caught up by the end of the third month.
