I can only take one every 6 hours. Otherwise I can't sleep. I take one before I go out sometimes too if I don't plan to drink more than 2 beers. It keeps me awake and helps me deal with the drunks a little easier. But I won't mix a lot of alcohol with it. That makes for an ugly night.

i jsut asked my friend about it:

hey, i did. but it made me break out in a bad rash all over...make me dizzy and freaky feeling, bad, so i quit. i tried it 3 times, just to make sure that's what it was, did it all three times. but that crap works. i lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks, my old neighbor lost close to 50 on it. it didn't bother her.

Texas chick is taking that. I talked to her last night at work. She was tripping hard. But she says it works wonders. She's lost like 15 pounds. I'm taking dexatrim cause it's cheap. It gives me energy, helps to burn calories, and doesn't have any side affects. Not too shabby.

Plus she said it keeps her up at night so be ready. God I'm so ready. :mushy:

the rash is a sign you are allergic to something in it.

This is one of the fad energy/diet pills...the FDA is about to ban the main ingredient...ephedra or a dirrivitive (sp) of ephedra. This stuff causes high blood pressure and can also cause strokes in some people. If you remember the Northwestern football player and Korey Stringer's (Minn Vikings) deaths...both had been taking something with ephedra in it. I've taken this and others such as hydroxycut, twin lab's diet fuel, and EAS Beta Lean...they gave me energy while working out. Since the companies know that ephedra will be banned (the NFL has now banned their players from taking it) they are switching to ephedra free stuff. I bought one called Twin Labs Ultimate Diet fuel...no ephedra...herbal source of caffeine and some other herbs and it work better than the stuff with ephedra. My blood pressure is down since stopping witht he ephedra. My opinion is it is safe if taken properly...the problem with most of these supplements is people who think "one pill is good, two is better, three is great...I'll take six." They end up in the hospital.

If you are trying to lose weight and are taking the drug to increase your metabolism, the best one for that is EAS Beta Lean. The reason being it is timed release so it doesn't hit you all at once and it increases your metabolism over a long period of time.

Usually I only take one when I need energy. but if I need two, I only take it six hours after the one before. Sorry...Should have been more sp'ific.

I'm not doing this for weight loss. I tried a couple of things and nothing seemed to work except increasing my activity while decreasing calories. Go figure. :D

That crap can be mentally addictive, screw up your metabolism bad; not to mention your heart. Just curious- are you having heart palpations now? Actually, the sudafed that I asked for but never got was to clear up my head. That mountain air made me stuffy.

And when I started losing weight, I tried that stuff...but it made me so nervous and anxious that I could only use it once in a while. One bottle has lasted me 6 months and there plenty left in there.

You know any truckers that got something for sale?
