College of Charleston versus Elon was stopped by rain going into the bottom of the ninth with the score knotted at 2-2.

They will pick up the interupted game at 1PM tomorrow, following it with the regularly schedule game.

Good showing for both teams... The Socon will be a dogfight this year.

UNC-G is 9-5 and looking very solid. That's a big win against the Citadel.

Adam DeLeo is leading the team in batting average. Wes McCall is leading the team in appearances with 10 in relief in 14 games. He's also picked up 2 wins over that span.

Louisburg split with Pitt today. Lost 9-5 in a game that went 10 innings to decide. Then won 4-2 in the second game.

Makes Louisburg 12-5 on the season so far.

Lenoir CC moved to 12-2 yesterday sweeping Blue Ridge.

Games 3 and 4 are today. Last report I had was LCC trailing 3-2 in the bottom of the 7th of game 1.

Spivey was 8 for 10 in this weekend series with 6 rbi's with a triple and a double and has now become the Monarchs leading hitter....

Monarchs are now 15-2 and 7-2 in the USA South Conference and play Hampden-Sydney on Thursday
