Good Lord Hazel.

Go take 2 motrin and get a hot, moist cloth and lay it over your eyes and nose. Lay on your back for 10 minutes then reheat the cloth and set up for 10 with it on there.

If that doesnt work, move the cloth down over your mouth too for 20.

2 Excedrin and Sudafed 30mg.

breath steam every couple of hours....sudafed...mucinex...advil...antibiotic.
